The sales representative, John Cantu, was knowledgeable and very helpful. The pricing was fair and transparent. The technicians, Frank and Jeremiah, were great--they were here on time, completed the installation within the timeframe they gave, and were a pleasure to work with. Overall great experience.

Working with John Cantu has been a pleasure. He has restored my faith and trust in working with people in the home improvement industry, in this case, NEW CARRIER AC. EVERY concern and issue I had during the installation process was taken care of within 24 hours. John also walked me through the finance process and got me longer interest free term. He was not condescending, rude, or put me off, which is what I have been used to. Kudos to Infinity and John for your honesty and integrity.

My thermostat was shutting on and off. I tried to diagnose the problem myself thinking maybe the drip pan was full and was shutting the system off. However, the way my drain is set up, water never hits the pan, it has a sensor that shuts the system off if the drain is clogged. So I had to get an experienced tech out to see what was going on. I called Infinity AC and within an hour, Frank showed up and within 3 minutes found the issue and quickly resolved it. Frank thoroughly explained how my drain line safety switch is set up and how to check it in the future. This company is fast, efficient and affordable! I'll be calling Infinity AC for all my future AC needs and recommending them to my friends and family! Thanks again!
